Users often reach out to us with similar questions: “Why does only the White Page appear?”, “Why doesn’t the link work?”, “What’s wrong with cloaking?” and other related situations.
These questions also arise when users check their traffic flows before launching ad campaigns and want to make sure everything is working correctly.
In this article, we’ll go over the reasons why traffic is redirected to a White Page and how to fix this situation.
Why isn’t the Offer Page showing?
The first step in solving the problem is to determine why traffic is being sent to the White Page.
To do this, open the Clicks section in the Cloaking.House dashboard, find your IP address, and check the Filter column — it will indicate the reason for the redirect.

Once you identify the reason your traffic is being redirected to the White Page, you can fix it by following the recommendations in this guide. Keep in mind that multiple filters may block the Offer Page at the same time, so you may need to repeat the procedure several times.
Quick solution
If you don’t want to dive into technical details and just want to check that your traffic flow works correctly, there’s a simple way. To guarantee that you see the Offer Page and confirm it displays correctly, add your IP address to the whitelist in your traffic flow settings.

Entering your IP here will bypass all filters and immediately grant access to the Offer Page.
If the Offer Page displays correctly after adding your IP to the whitelist, it means your traffic flow is set up properly, and there’s nothing to worry about. You can safely use the link in your ad campaigns.
Detailed analysis of why the Offer Page isn’t showing
The Cloaking.House team has collected all the necessary information to help you understand why traffic is redirected to the White Page and how to fix it.
In most cases, the problem is related to your traffic flow filter settings, but there may also be other causes, which we’ll cover below.
Filters blocking access to the Offer Page
When creating a traffic flow, you set specific parameters. If a user (in this case — you) does not meet these conditions, the system will not show the offer page. This is a key cloaking feature that protects your traffic.
Here are the main filters that can cause a redirect to the White Page:
Country: When setting up your flow, you specify which countries can access the offer. If your IP is not in the allowed countries, the Offer Page will not open. The only way to see the page is to add your IP to the whitelist. Note: VPNs or proxies will not help here.
Device/Browser/OS: Similar to the country filter, if the device, browser, or operating system does not match the flow parameters, access to the Offer Page will be blocked. The only way to bypass this restriction is to add your IP to the whitelist.

Number of clicks before filtering: This feature is useful if you want to make sure bots or moderators don’t see the offer page in the first clicks. For example, if you set “100”, the first 100 clicks will be redirected to the White Page. This tool is often used to increase the chances of passing ad campaign moderation. If you set a number and tried clicking the link, you’ll see the White Page. To disable this filter, set it to “0”.
Daily clicks per IP: This setting limits the number of clicks from a single IP per day, so the same user cannot access the offer page too often. You set a maximum number of clicks, after which subsequent visits are redirected to the White Page. If no limit is needed, leave it as “0”.

Referrer: If the redirect to the White Page is caused by the referrer, it means the flow is set up to send all traffic without a referrer to the White Page.
The referrer is the site from which the user follows the link. For example, if you run ads on Facebook, and a user clicks and lands on your site, Facebook will be the referrer. When you open the link directly, there is no referrer, and the system redirects you to the White Page. To see the Offer Page, you can temporarily disable this option. However, before launching an ad campaign, it’s strongly recommended to enable it again — this is an important part of traffic flow security.
VPN/Proxy: If the Clicks column shows “VPN/Proxy” as the reason for the redirect to the White Page, it means you tried accessing the link using a VPN or proxy. In such cases, access to the Offer Page will be blocked.

Other possible reasons why the Offer Page isn’t showing
There are less common factors that can cause traffic to go to the White Page:
Flow is paused — in this case, all clicks are automatically sent to the White Page.
Subscription expired — the system automatically pauses all active flows, and the Offer Page stops showing.
These are the main reasons you might see only the White Page. By following the recommendations in this Cloaking.House guide, you can quickly identify the source of the problem and fix it for your specific case.
