Rules for Using the Cloaking.House Service

These Rules govern the use of the Cloaking.House platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), which provides technical tools for managing and optimizing internet traffic. By using the Service, the user confirms their agreement with these Rules and undertakes to comply with them.

1. General Provisions

1.1. Cloaking.House provides users with software tools and infrastructure for configuring, managing, and analyzing the distribution of internet traffic.

1.2. The Service is solely a technical platform and does not participate in the creation, publication, distribution, or management of user content.

1.3. The user bears full and sole responsibility for any actions performed using the Service, including:

  • — campaign content
  • — landing pages
  • — advertising materials
  • — sources and methods of attracting traffic
  • — compliance with applicable legislation

1.4. Cloaking.House does not monitor or review user activities and is not responsible for the nature, content, or consequences of their actions.

1.5. The user agrees to use the Service exclusively within the framework of the laws of the country in which they conduct their activities.

2. Security and Confidentiality

2.1. The Service does not analyze or moderate the content of campaigns, pages, creatives, or other materials of users.

2.2. All user data is stored within the Service infrastructure and is accessible exclusively to the account owner.

2.3. The user is solely responsible for the security of their account, including the storage of login credentials and password.

2.4. Cloaking.House applies standard information security measures; however, it does not guarantee absolute protection against cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, or actions of third parties.

2.5. The Service is not responsible for data loss, third-party access to an account, or consequences of compromised user credentials.

3. Registration and Account

3.1. To use the Service, it is necessary to create an account.

3.2. The user confirms that:

  • — they have reached the age of 18 years,
  • — they possess full legal capacity to enter into legal agreements.

3.3. The user undertakes to:

  • — provide accurate and up-to-date registration information
  • — not transfer account access to third parties
  • — immediately notify support in case of possible account compromise.

3.4. All actions performed through the user’s account are considered to be performed by the user themselves.

4. Acceptable Use

The user has the right to:

  • — create and manage campaigns
  • — analyze traffic performance
  • — use optimization tools
  • — contact support.

The user is prohibited from:

  • — using the Service to distribute malicious software
  • — engaging in phishing, fraud, or other illegal activities
  • — violating the rights of third parties
  • — attempting unauthorized access to the system or accounts of other users
  • — attempting to bypass technical restrictions of the Service
  • — using automated tools without authorization
  • — creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.

4.1. In case of suspicious activity, the Service has the right to restrict access to the account without prior notice.

5. Subscription, Payments, and Balance

5.1. The Service operates on a paid subscription model.

5.2. Current pricing plans are available in the user’s personal account.

5.3. Cloaking.House may provide a trial period, the conditions of which are determined by the Service.

5.4. The user is responsible for managing the renewal of their subscription.

5.5. If payment is not received, access to the Service may be restricted.

6. Payment Policy and No Refunds

6.1. All payments made to Cloaking.House are considered final and non-refundable.

6.2. The Service does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • — discontinuation of service use
  • — account suspension
  • — changes in pricing plans
  • — dissatisfaction with functionality
  • — technical characteristics of the platform.

6.3. All deposited funds may be used exclusively within the Service to pay for services and subscriptions.

6.4. Funds in the user’s balance cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or refunded.

6.5. In exceptional cases related to confirmed technical failures on the Service side, the administration may, at its discretion, provide internal compensation (for example, additional subscription days).

7. Affiliate Program

7.1. The Service may provide an affiliate program.

7.2. The conditions for calculating and paying rewards are determined by the rules of the affiliate program.

7.3. Cloaking.House has the right to change the terms of the affiliate program at any time.

8. Access Restriction

8.1. Cloaking.House has the right at any time to:

  • — restrict access to the Service
  • — suspend an account
  • — delete a user account.

8.2. Reasons for restriction may include:

  • — violation of the rules
  • — suspicion of illegal activity
  • — abuse of the Service
  • — technical or operational reasons.

8.3. If an account is blocked, funds remaining in the user’s balance are not refunded.

8.4. User data may be stored for up to 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted without recovery.

9. Full Limitation of Liability

9.1. Cloaking.House provides the Service “as is” (AS IS).

9.2. The Service does not guarantee:

  • — uninterrupted operation
  • — absence of technical errors
  • — compatibility with third-party services
  • — achievement of any results.

9.3. Cloaking.House is not liable for:

  • — user losses
  • — loss of profit
  • — advertising account bans
  • — actions of advertising platforms
  • — actions of third parties
  • — consequences of using the Service.

9.4. The user assumes full responsibility for the use of the Service and all associated risks.

10. Force Majeure

10.1. Cloaking.House is not responsible for the inability to provide services in the event of force majeure circumstances.

10.2. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:

  • — DDoS attacks
  • — hosting or CDN failures
  • — network disruptions
  • — actions of government authorities
  • — changes in legislation
  • — military actions
  • — technical infrastructure failures.
11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. All requests must be submitted in writing to the support email.

11.2. The Service reviews requests within up to 14 business days.

11.3. The administration reserves the right to make the final decision on all disputes.

12. Changes to the Rules

12.1. Cloaking.House has the right to modify these Rules at any time.

12.2. Updated rules take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

12.3. Continued use of the Service means the user agrees with the updated version of the rules.
